Red Cross Appeals for Donations BATH The Northern Steuben Chapter of the American Red Cross here has issued an appeal for donations of bedding and household furnishings for a family of seven, burned out last week in Cohocton. Clothing has been furnished the family, Mrs. Mary Steele, executive director said, but the local chapter's stockpile of clothing nearly depleted he and all donations would be appreciated. $2,614 Profit Netted By '58 Steuben Fair BATH The 1958 Steuben County Fair had a net operating profit of $2,614.01, it was announced yesterday at the annual meeting of the Steuben County Agricultural Society here. J. Victor Faucett of Bath was re-elected to a 23rd term as fair secretary during the session held in Municipal Hall. This is the second consecutive year that the oldest county fair in the United States has been operated at a profit. The 1957 fair profit was $2,534.20.

Today he will attend a meeting of the domestic relations committee of the New York State Bar Assn. in New York. Gabrielli is a member of this committee which will discuss domestic relations as it is concerned with the family court.

The family court has been proposed by the judical conference of state and by the joint legislative committee on family relations. Friday, Judge Gabrielli will attend a state wide meeting children's court judges in Albany, at which time proposed legislation will be discussed. Saturday, Gabrielli will attend an Albany meeting of county court judges of the state. The group will also submit proposed legislation.
